Nutrition
The foods we eat have a significant effect on our health and wellbeing. But in a world full of fad diets and wellness bloggers, it can be hard to know what we should be eating and serving up to our families.
As a registered nutritionist, I am passionate about helping people cut through misinformation regarding nutrition advice. My approach when working with individuals is to help set realistic goals and develop tailored nutritional programs to improve health and performance.
With a pragmatic approach to nutrition, I'm unlikely to recommend eliminating entire food groups or making sudden, drastic changes to your diet. Instead, dietary changes need to be evidence-based, sustainable and enjoyable.
My main areas of nutrition interest are;

SPORTS NUTRITION
Adequate nutrition helps athletes train harder, recover better, and perform at their best.
Our Sports Nutrition program is targeted at elite and recreational athletes looking to get the most out of their bodies.
Sports nutrition is a commonly overlooked area in an athlete's training program, with research showing very few athletes source their nutrition advice from qualified, registered nutritionists or dietitians.
Our individualized sports nutrition program
includes a comprehensive dietary and body composition assessment to identify and address the good, the bad, and the ugly of an athlete's eating habits.
